About the Program - UNIFY BeNe
UNIFY is Schneider Electric's strategic transformation initiative aimed at simplifying, standardizing, and accelerating business operations across Europe and globally. The BeNe (Belgium-Netherlands) cluster plays a key role in this transformation, focusing on harmonizing processes, tools, and data to enable a more agile and integrated organization.

Mission
A s a VIE within the UNIFY BeNe team, you will support the deployment of change management and business transformation activities for both Belgium and The Netherlands . You will work closely with the Business Transformation Leader and Change Managers to help drive adoption, engagement, and readiness across the organization by supporting communication, training, and performance tracking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Change Communication Associate

  • Work closely with the transformation project teams and Change Managers to translate complex strategic transformation topics (processes, tools, data) into clear, engaging communication materials.
  • Support the communication team in creating newsletters, presentations, and both external and internal campaigns to foster awareness and alignment.
  • Support local and regional communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging.


Training Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate the training strategy and execution, including consolidating needs from business transformations and aligning the planning, scheduling, and execution of training sessions (virtual and in-person).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is aligned with transformation goals.
  • Track participation and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.


Change Impact Measurement
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of KPIs to assess change adoption and readiness.
  • Use tools such as surveys, dashboards, and feedback loops to gather insights.
  • Support reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Master's degree in Business , Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • First experience in change management, transformation, or project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); familiarity with tools like Power BI, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics is a plus.
