VIE - Business Finance Analyst - Budapest

The Business Finance Analyst will drive financial and analytical tasks to support the organization health and business strategy, by driving financial analyis and providing dashboards to Business and top management for action and decision.

The Business Finance Analyst will support the finance and digital transformation of the Global Supply Chain Europe as a member of the central team, covering the consolidation of 9 Distribution Centers and 46 manufacturing entities over 20 European countries.

Which missions will you lead?

• Perform monthly closing and quarterly forecast reporting support functions of GSC Europe: 70m of yearly costs, 420 people, 10 functions, represented in 20 countries
• Monitor costs, track and analyse any gaps vs forecast, target and previous year.
• Support the different Vice President (VP) of each of the support functions to understand their financial performance and to drive costs efficiency
• Animate rolling forecast in collaboration with human resources and VPs and participate to the elaboration of the Business Review for the top management.
• Be a key player in the finance digitization journey of the team by maintaining and improving the processes

Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management

Work experience : 1 year of experience in finance, preferably in controlling in industry
