Your role
As the UX Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping intuitive, engaging, and high-performing shopping experiences across our global ecommerce ecosystem. You'll champion the needs of both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) customers, ensuring every interaction is seamless, purposeful, and delightful.
As the UX Lead, you will drive the conversations between the various stakeholders and design the right user experience in Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX Strategy for the se.com experiences across web and mobile platforms, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate user insights and behavioral data into actionable design solutions that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end user journeys.
- Design and prototype intuitive interfaces using modern UX/UI principles, ensuring consistency and usability across touchpoints.
- Ensure full usage of our Quartz Design System to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Conduct usability testing and iterative design reviews to validate concepts and continuously improve the user experience.
- Advocate for accessibility, scalability, and performance in all design decisions.
- 8 + years of hands-on experience in digital design for ecommerce platforms, with exposure to both B2C and B2B environments.
- Expertise in UX principles, design methodologies, and visual design, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, user behavior, and strategies for optimizing conversion.
- Familiarity with ecommerce fundamentals including merchandising, A/B testing, and performance-driven design.
- Proficient in conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.
- End-to-end experience in crafting, validating, and refining user experiences and interfaces.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Ability to think strategically while executing design solutions with precision.
- Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and a user-first approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
