• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich University Relations, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Marketing, Event-, Sales- oder Projektmanagement.
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte, unterschiedlicher Stakeholder-Gruppen und externer Partnerschaften sowie die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen und verschiedene Interessen wirkungsvoll zusammenzuführen.
• Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, zukünftige Talent- und Business-Anforderungen in strukturierte Programme und konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.
• Analytische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und Business Insights; ergänzt durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
