About UNIFY
UNIFY is Schneider Electric's flagship business transformation program, designed to unify and simplify global processes, tools, and data into one coherent ecosystem. This bold initiative positions the company to capture future growth by adopting industry best practices, leveraging SAP S4 HANA public cloud, and integrating advanced solutions like SAP Analytics Cloud and Project Resource Management. The program impacts all organizations delivering customer projects across Europe and International regions, driving a shift toward standardized, efficient, and digitally enabled operations. Guided by strong governance and Business Process Owners, UNIFY ensures seamless configuration, deployment, and change management while minimizing deviations from market standards. What will you do?
- Lead program execution: coordinate team leads across different workstreams, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and commitments.
- Synchronize priorities and dependencies: manage cross‑team activities, resolve blockers, and support prioritization based on business value.
- Define and secure team structures: ensure teams are properly staffed, with the right capabilities in place and smooth onboarding.
- Set up governance and tracking: establish clear progress reviews, milestone checkpoints, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage scope, budget, and risks: track financials and delivery scope, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive consistent ways of working: ensure teams follow a common delivery methodology and high standards of quality.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- At least 10 years of experience leading complex transformation programs or large cross‑functional projects, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong functional and technical expertise, including SAP/ERP knowledge, FO and order‑to‑cash processes, supply chain/operations, and the autonomy and proactiveness to operate independently.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams (business, IT, data, training, operations) and keep them aligned on shared objectives.
- Strong experience managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior management or steering committees.
- High level of autonomy, proactivity, and comfort working in changing or transformation‑driven
- Fluent English is required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to one week per month).
