Role Overview:

  • Lead business process deployment: drive the implementation of standardized business processes and modern ERP solutions, ensuring they are simple, scalable, and aligned with global standards.
  • Ensure adoption and value creation: support business teams in adopting common processes, data, and reporting tools that enable more efficient and digitally enabled ways of working.
  • Transform ways of working: lead the transition from current processes to future‑state models, ensuring alignment with business, data, and governance principles.
  • Support local transformation initiatives: work closely with local teams to translate global solutions into tangible business impact and operational improvements.
  • Connect business needs to global design: collect improvement requests and enhancement needs from the business and collaborate with global process owners to evolve solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and alignment: engage regularly with global process owners, business leaders, and sponsors. Facilitate structured discussions to align on priorities, identify gaps, and remove roadblocks.

Job Related Experience:
  • Strong experience leading business transformation and process optimization initiatives in complex, international environments.
  • Solid ERP background, with handson experience in SAP implementations and day‑to‑day operational usage.
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional and multicultural projects, working across business, IT, and data teams.
  • Deep expertise in transactional sales processes, such as pricing, quotations, order management, and electronic data exchange.
  • Good functional understanding of OrdertoCash, Finance, Data, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, structuring, and problemsolving skills, with a strong focus on simplification and standardization.
  • An agile, analytical, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment in matrix organizations.
  • Fluent English is required, with confidence working in remote and international teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to one week per month).
