Location: Barcelona/Spain, Budapest/Hungary and/or Poland
Role overview:
- Deploy Business Processes and Implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solutions: Drive the deployment of business processes and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions with a focus on template adherence, simplification, and scalability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Adoption: Promote the adoption of standardized processes, data, and analytics solutions across the assigned domain for Transactional business model, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
- Transform Processes: Lead the transition from current-state to future-state processes, ensuring compliance with digital architecture principles, business, and data governance standards.
- Support Local Transformation: Facilitate local business transformation initiatives, contributing to tangible value creation and business impact.
- Escalate Improvement Requests: Make the link with the Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) by communicating needs for enhancements or adaptations in solution design within the domain.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and coordinate regularly with GBPOs, domain stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure strategic alignment. Set up and lead regular interlock sessions to review vision, priorities, gaps and roadblocks within the domain.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong expertise in software business models (licensing, subscriptions, services, maintenance) and functional domains such as Order-to-Cash, Finance, Data, or Supply Chain.
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives and business process optimization, ideally in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Solid background in ERP systems (especially SAP), including implementation and operational use.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on simplification and standardization.
- Strong communication, influencing, and consensus‑building abilities across diverse audiences and cultures.
- Agile, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in matrixed, remote, and multicultural environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field; fluent in English.
