What will you do?

  • Map and analyze current Front Office (FO) / Order to cash processes, identifying hence all logistics activities handled as of today by FO based on the flow maps (it will lead to identify the potential non standard activities / non compliant flows)
  • Define and clarify future-state ownership of FO activities within the new operating model and in alignment with business decisions
  • Drive alignment between current ("As-Is") processes & SAP org structure and target (To-Be) design, ensuring readiness for key S/4HANA milestones
  • Support countries in their definition of customer scenarios for all business models
  • Lead cross-functional workshops with Business Management and Lines of Business to define and validate solutions
  • Identify operational and process gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and escalate risks and dependencies impacting project delivery
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and execution


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including implementation or transformation projects
  • At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics,or Operations with deep understanding of Front Office processes and Order-to-Cash workflows
  • Relevant experience in complex, uncertain and international environments
  • Proven track record in project management, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence across functions and regions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, transformation-driven environments
  • Willingness to travel up to one week per month.
  • Fluent in English
