Treasury and Payments Digital Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to work on two Treasury and Banking solutions used by Schneider Electric: FIS Payment Hub and Coupa Treasury.
You r role :
You will deploy, support and enhance these banking and Treasury IT ecosystems globally across the Group. This role requires hands‑on experience on both platforms and their environments. Firstly for banking: knowledge of FIS Payment Hub , CEV configuration , payment methods , and industry-standard XML specifications used for financial messaging. Secondly for treasury: knowledge of Coupa Treasury or another leading Treasury platform (Kyriba, FIS Treasury and Risk Manager, SAP Treasury and Risk Management ...) and the underlying treasury processes (including Treasury Payments, Intercompany Settlement including Netting, Corporate Liquidity and Foreign Exchange ).
You r responsibilities :
FIS Payment Hub key responsibilities:
- FIS Payment Hub (FPH) Operations & Configuration
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize the FIS Payment Hub platform.
- Manage CEV configuration, including rules and validation logic.
- Support end‑to‑end payment workflows across multiple payment rails .
- Resolve FPH processing incidents, performance issues and routing logic.
- Payment Methods & Processing
- Manage and configure different methods of payment, including: credit transfers, direct debits, instant payments, cross-border payments, and corporate treasury formats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 20022, SEPA rulebooks, SWIFT MT/MX migration).
- Conduct system testing for new payment types or regulatory enhancements.
- XML & Data Specifications
- Interpret and design XML file specifications for payment messages, schema validations and interface mappings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define message structure, transformation logic, and endpoint integration.
- Validate messages, schemas (XSD) and transformations during development or system upgrades.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and vendor teams to support the global payments platform.
- Support business users in understanding payment flow logic, resolving incidents, and implementing improvements.
- Participate in global projects, including regulatory changes, version upgrades, and process optimization.
Coupa Treasury key responsibilities :
- Deploy, support and enhance the global platform Coupa Treasury for business operations including Treasury Payments, Intercompany Settlement, Netting, Corporate Liquidity and Foreign Exchange.
- Participate in global deployment projects throughout Schneider Electric including the following activities: requirement gathering, application testing, user training and hypercare support.
- Perform quarterly updates of Coupa Treasury, working with Corporate Treasury users to ensure each upgrade is adequately tested before deployment.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Coupa Treasury and the associated IT landscape over time, working with Schneider Electric and Editor IT teams.
- Provide expert IT support for Coupa Treasury, addressing and resolving incidents and user requests.
You r profile :
Required Technical Qualifications
- + 5 years' professional experience in banking, payments, or financial technology environments.
- University degree or Masters in Information Technology or Finance
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting payments (PSD2, AML, sanctions screening).
- Experience with message monitoring tools, system logs, and production support processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English are a necessity as this will be the working language
- Proven experience working with FIS Payment Hub .
- Strong knowledge of CEV configuration and FPH framework components.
- Deep understanding of methods of payments across global payment schemes.
- Hands-on experience with XML, schema validation, and message mapping.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 XML standards, SEPA formats (pain.001, pain.008, pacs.008, pacs.002, etc.).

- Experience on Treasury Application configuration, operation and support, ideally Coupa Treasury, otherwise a leading platform such as Kyriba, FIS Treasury and Risk Manager, SAP Treasury and Risk Management.
- Working knowledge of Treasury processes in large international corporations (cash positioning, payments, netting, foreign exchange, liquidity).
- Strong technical mindset: comfortable with data management, APIs, JavaScript, Python
