Mission

Шукаємо Transport & Customs Specialist до команди Schneider Electric Ukraine. У цій ролі ви відповідатимете за координацію міжнародних та локальних перевезень , взаємодію з транспортними компаніями , брокерами та внутрішніми стейкхолдерами , а також контроль своєчасної доставки продукції в Україну . Основний фокус ролі зосереджений на міжнародній логістиці , супроводі транспортних процесів та координації імпортно-експортних операцій .

Location: Киї в , гібридни й форма т робот и (3 дн і н а тижден ь з офіс у біл я м. Почайн а ).

Позиція відкрита на період декретної відпустки співробітника ( орієнтовно до 3 років ) з потенційними можливостями подальшого розвитку в компанії .

Key Responsibilities

• Організація комунікації між продакт -менеджерами, митними брокерами та іншими учасниками процесу щодо кодів УКТЗЕД.

• Організація міжнародних та локальних перевезень, контроль руху вантажів і своєчасності поставок.

• Координація роботи транспортних компаній, митних брокерів і складів.

• Підготовка та супровід документів для імпортних та експортних операцій.

• Контроль процесів митного оформлення та взаємодія з брокерами щодо декларацій і митної документації.

• Контроль транспортних витрат, перевірка та погодження рахунків перевізників і брокерів.

• Вирішення транспортних інцидентів і робота з претензіями.

• Підготовка звітності, аналіз логістичних показників та забезпечення відповідності внутрішнім процедурам компанії.

Qualification&Experience

• 2-3+ роки досвіду в транспортній логістиці , в зовнішньоекономічній діяльності або митному оформленні .

• Розуміння принципів міжнародних перевезень та Incoterms .

• Досвід взаємодії з митними брокерами та транспортними компаніями .

• Високий рівень самоорганізації , уважність до деталей , аналітичне мислення та сильні комунікаційні навички .

• Англійська мова на рівні Intermediate+ для регулярної комунікації з міжнародними колегами

Nice to have

• Знання митного законодавства України

• Досвід роботи в SAP або інших ERP- системах

• Досвід роботи в міжнародному середовищі або великій міжнародній логістичній мережі
