Training , ATS Assembly

Join our dynamic manufacturing team and be part of creating quality products that make a difference! We're looking for dedicated Manufacturing Production Workers who are passionate about excellence and continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facility.

What will you do:

• Responsible for performing and training others to a variety of Assembly operations. This involves assemble quality units involving a number of parts and details.
• Must be able to handle at least 50 pounds
• Transfer material
• Read and comprehend blueprints and manufacturing instructions
• Pack out procedures
• Read BOM and Job travelers
• Identify and properly use small assembly hand tools
• Part Identification and location
• Perform final build of products > 6 months
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Serve as trainers to other assemblers
• Must be able to training and teach others to handle all task listed above.
• Must be able to document all training activities.

What will make you successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One-year final assembly experience preferred
• Ability to perform simple shop math
• Ability to read blue prints
• Understanding of World Class manufacturing principles is desirable
• Important to work as a team player within the work cell and advise the supervisor of any problems with assembly, quality or safety
