Titan Transformation Training Lead
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Training Lead works under the direction of the Organizational Change Management Lead to execute deliverables in accordance with change management plans and organizational standards to ready the business for large scale system implementations and maintenance.

As a Training Lead you will be part of an elite team of people that is leading the digital transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).
Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing training for large scale projects. The primary function of this role is to identify opportunities in the current training experience and coordinate continuous training quality development across the Titan program. This role is expected to collaborate and indirectly lead team members across multiple scrum teams.
The candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization from executive leadership to end users. The ideal candidate will have specific examples of their success in training and user experience strategies and training development.
Areas of Responsibility
- Drive the continuous improvement and implementation of Titan training strategy in an Agile environment.
- Develop tools, templates, automations, and best practices for training deployment across scrum teams, and ensure they are adopted smoothly.
- Manage the development and standardization of the Titan training SharePoint in collaboration with Change Managers and scrum/development team.
- Coordinate adoption and development of training on WalkMe digital adoption platforms.
- Develop key performance metrics and visualizations for training effectiveness across the program.
- Lead training effort and quality checks across all scrum teams, as well as the sites / functions where deployments are occurring to schedule, track and report on the completion of required courses.
- Enhance system to determine launch readiness of training assets and run state documentation quality with Power Users.
- Collaborate with other change management focus areas to implement strategic process communications, documentation, feedback loops, etc.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years in a training/training coordination experience role. This position does not have any direct reports.
- Knowledge of adult learning strategies, instructional design, and training curriculum development.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization from executive leadership to end users.
- Data manipulation and data analytics. Experience with data visualization tools such as (Tableau and Power BI)
- Experience using MS 365 Products (Power Automate/Planner/Teams/Sharepoint,etc) and video editing software to recommend best solutions for training content developers.
- Awareness and experience with Agile framework SAFe.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Experience with technology and tools used for training content development such as digital adoption platforms and video editing software to recommend best solutions for training content developers.
- Experience utilizing learning management systems to assign and track learning credits.
- Understanding of SAP or other ERP functionality
- Have leadership skills and the ability to work in groups or independently
Additional qualities we desire include the following:- Experience designing training plans that have a large scope (multiple departments and recipients), expediting technical adoption using adult learning and user experience principles.
- Interest in human-computer interaction and learning how to use technical tools to create training using digital platforms
- Ability visualize process and identify key improvement areas
- Strong technical abilities of the Microsoft Suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel online scripting) or willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to end user.
- Must be enthusiastic and engage others to be high-energy
- Self-starter with strong time management and organization skills
- Must be responsive and adaptable to rapid and unplanned change, remaining calm when helping teams adjust to the change
