Titan Transformation - Communications Lead
F or this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We're looking for a passionate Communications Lead to join the Titan Transformation Program. The Communications Lead is a central member of the Titan Transformation Program, serving as the hub for information flow, communications strategy execution, and executive‑level messaging. In this hybrid role, you will lead communication planning and delivery for the Titan Transformation team, executive leadership, and program stakeholders while supporting the Change Management team

What will you do?
Communication Strategy & Content Development
•
Develop and execute the overall communication strategy for Titan, including internal and external (to the program) outreach.
•
Create, manage, and distribute IT and program communications such as announcements, updates, outage notices, newsletters, user materials, training content, and portal content.
•
Demonstrate top‑down and bottom‑up communication approaches with leadership‑ready views, dashboards, and summaries.
•
Develop project updates for the broader Schneider Electric audience, ensuring clarity and alignment.
•
Ensure all business transformation communications are documented and aligned with the Business Transformation Lead.
•
Maintain adherence to corporate branding guidelines in partnership with Corporate Communications and brand specialists.
•
Support the Training Lead in communications targeted to Power Users, Champions, and End Users.
Executive Communications & Leadership Support
•
Prepare content for executive meetings, including Steering Committees and Leadership Status Reviews.
•
Draft executive‑level messages, decision summaries, briefing notes, and official statements.
•
Support the communication framework for the Executive Leadership, PMO, and cross‑functional partners.
•
Provide crisp, strategic, executive‑ready communication materials.
Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
•
Coach team members on impactful communications, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
•
Be a collaboration leader, helping teams stay aligned, productive, and free from communication‑related blockers.
General
•
Facilitate internal communication channels to ensure transparency, clarity, and alignment across the program.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Required Skills & Experience
•
BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Change Management, or related field.
•
Executive communication experience with the ability to craft high‑impact messaging for senior leadership.
•
5-7+ years of experience in internal communications for technology or enterprise‑level initiatives.
•
5-7+ years experience creating, approving, and distributing communications, including digital channels (video, Yammer/Viva Engage, blogs, infographics, storytelling).
•
Experience in user‑focused change management at the enterprise level.
•
Strong understanding of communications platform strategies, digital content design, and cross‑channel engagement.
•
Knowledge of project management tools and communication workflows.
•
Strong computer skills including Office365, SharePoint, Outlook, workflows, Video development, and digital content tools.
•
Exceptional prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
•
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
