Test Engineer

• Be responsible for the testing and verification of power protection product (Solid State circuit breaker) and new DC microgrid distribution systems. Formulate and maintain verification and testing plans and schemes for R&D projects at different stages.
• Execution testing mainly in electrical, firmware, EMC, safety, reliability, components of multi-type test task, identify and report issues, and support designers in troubleshooting.
• Process, analyze and interpret test data to pinpoint potential risks and performance bottlenecks; deliver high-quality test reports & summaries, maintain the defect database.
• Partner closely with the R&D team to root-cause test-identified issues, track progress and drive defect closure.
• Ensure agile and cost-effective test execution aligned with project delivery timelines
• Contribute to the development roadmap of the new lab, advance its automation and digital transformation.
• Establish the R&D test case database and streamlined test workflows to achieve end-to-end test coverage.
• Mentor junior technical engineers.
• Located in Jiangsu Wuxi.

资格

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering & Automation or related disciplines.
• 3~5 years of testing experience in power protection products (Solid State circuit breaker);
• In-depth knowledge of the working principles, system architecture and key parameters of power protection systems, as well as familiarity with power electronic topologies.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and equipment operation for power product such as AC or DC SSCB etc.
• Knowledge of functions and standards for power protection related products, e.g. GB/T14048GB7251IEC60947UL489IEC60068 etc.
• Strong team spirit, open-mindedness and the ability to build trust within teams.
• Excellent execution capacity to drive project progress in fast-changing environments.
• Flexibility for short-distance business trips.
• Proficiency in using LabVIEW or robot framework to build an automated testing platform is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
