Test Engineer

Main roles and missions:
- Master the test related knowledge and the working principal of the test equipment
- Clarify the requirement from Project Test Lead or customer before starting the test
- Provide full picture of test raw data and make it visualization (easy to understand)
- On-time test status synchronization with project test lead
- Support PDL/PTL to identify failure root cause analysis by providing detail test finding
- Work with warehouse colleague to keep track of test prototype after completing the test
- Encourage to bring innovated test methods (AI empower, digital) to improve test efficiency
- Strictly follow lab safety rules and involve in safety improvement action
Skill requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree, major in Electrical Engineering & Automation or Engineering related.
- Above 3 years working experience as design or test engineer. Power apparatus site testing, commissioning, MV switchgear related working experience is preferred.
- Good hands-on experience and be curious of new knowledge
- Quick learner, open & positive to communicate, teamwork spirit
- Business driven mindset (ownership)
- Fluent English speaking is a plus
