Tender Manager - Building Management Systems (BMS)
As Tender Manager - BMS, you are part of the Nordic Tender Team within Digital Energy, based in Finland and working across the Nordic region. You lead tender activities for Building Management Systems projects, coordinating high-quality technical and commercial proposals that align with customer needs, Schneider Electric standards, and sustainability goals.
The role combines structured tender leadership, cross-border collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering efficient, digital, and sustainable building solutions.
What will you do?
- Lead and coordinate tenders end-to-end in line with governance, quality, and ethical standards
- Analyze tender documentation, technical specifications, and commercial conditions
- Collaborate closely with Nordic colleagues, local stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Prepare accurate cost calculations, pricing, and high-quality proposal documentation
- Identify and manage technical and commercial risks throughout the tender process
- Support follow-ups, internal reviews, approvals, and negotiations when required

What will make you successful?
- A solid technical foundation in engineering, automation, or building-related technologies
- Structured and reliable working style, especially when managing multiple deadlines
- Strong understanding of building projects and integrated BMS solutions such as HVAC, lighting control, and energy management
- Confidence working in a Nordic, cross-border environment while remaining locally anchored
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, project, and service organizations
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with digital tools
- Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.
Additional value is brought by deeper exposure to complex construction or BMS projects, familiarity with supplier and subcontractor coordination, insight into sustainability-driven building solutions.
