Tender Expert - Power Systems

• Ensure proper handover from tendering to execution/project teams

• Drive continuous improvement of tender processes, tools, and standard offerings

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering preferably in electrical engineering, electrical & electronics engineering, power systems or a related field

• 5-6 years' experience with tender/ bid engineering, expertise or application engineering in regular or standardized offers

• Strong knowledge in power systems (HV/MV/LV, Substations) or relevant solutions

• Ability to interpret technical documentation (SLD, specs, contracts)

• Good understanding of project lifecycle (tender to execution)

• Knowledge of pricing, costing, and bid structuring principles

• Understanding of risk management and contract fundamentals

• Ability to align offers with customer expectations and business goals

• Awareness of market practices, competitors, and pricing levels

• Familiarity with Norwegian regulations & standards

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Strong cross-functional coordination skills

• Ability to lead tender activities and influence stakeholders

• Effective communication with internal teams and customers

• Fluent in Englis h and Norwegian language
