Tender Engineer

Role Purpose:
The Tender Engineer leads the end-to-end tender preparation from S0 to S2 within the Customer Project Process (ensure Schneider Electric submits a competitive, compliant, and risk-controlled offer. Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, finance, risk, supply chain, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
Resposibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end tender preparation process (S0, S2) including all technical, contractual, commercial, costing, and pricing elements.
- Define the tender strategy in collaboration with the Opportunity Leader.
- Coordinate all internal stakeholders across Business Units to consolidate a unified Schneider Electric offer.
- Mobilize SMEs, SMLs, and SRM at the required CPP gates to ensure quality inputs.
- Validate supplier proposals and integrate them into the final consolidated offer.
- Manage tender risk processes by organizing TKOM and risk reviews and maintaining the Risk Register, RITE, and Cash & Risk Curve.
- Ensure all necessary validations from Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, Cybersecurity, and SCM are completed.
- Oversee tender documentation accuracy, coordinate Tender Reviews (TR), and secure all CoA approvals.
- Support customer negotiations and clarifications, including the explanation of deviations and non‑compliances.
- Lead the P0 Gate handover to Execution, ensuring alignment with the S2 mandate and a smooth transition to the Execution Center.
Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of LV/MV equipment including switchgear, transformers, protection relays, RMUs, and cables.
- Ability to interpret, validate, and challenge technical documentation provided by Engineering‑To‑Order (ETO) teams.
- Capability to manage and resolve technical clarifications from OG/IG vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to assess, challenge, and consolidate technical offers, drawings, BOQs, and compliance matrices into a coherent solution.
- Solid understanding of integration requirements between Schneider Electric equipment and third‑party systems.
- Strong capability to rapidly collect, verify, and structure technical and commercial inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to consolidate costing, scope, risks, and supplier inputs to produce accurate, complete commercial offers within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of CPP governance, including compliance expectations and process discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, as well as solid contractual and commercial awareness.

- Probationary period of 3 months.
- Partial compensation for lunches - UAH 5,000.00 per month, before tax;
- Work schedule - 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
- Possibility of a hybrid work format (3 days in the office, 2 - remotely).
