Vi søker en Services Project Tender Engineer til vårt nordiske Tendering team, hvor du vil støtte Global Services Sales- og Opportunity-teamene. I denne rollen vil du bidra til å utarbeide tilbud for kvalifiserte prosjektmuligheter og sikre at tilbudene gjenspeiler kundenes behov og Schneider Electrics standarder. Du vil samarbeide tett med tekniske og kommersielle støttefunksjoner, prosjektledere og interne interessenter for å levere kundeorienterte tilbud av høy kvalitet.

Som en del av vårt nordiske Tendering-team vil du støtte virksomheten i Norden og Baltikum. Teamet består av fire Tender Engineers og en leder. Du vil være den eneste norsktalende medarbeideren i teamet og dermed ha en sentral rolle i tilbudsarbeid og kommunikasjon knyttet til det norske markedet.

Hva vil du jobbe med ?

  • Analysere forespørsler og kundekrav samt utarbeide teknisk-kommersielle tilbud, inkludert kostnadsestimater, prising og vurdering av kommersielle risikoer.


  • Sikre at tilbudene er i tråd med Schneider Electrics løsninger og kundenes forventninger.


  • Bidra til å utforme tilbudsdokumentasjon som tydelig fremhever verdien av Schneider Electrics løsninger.


  • Følge etablerte prosesser for tilbudsgjennomgang og kvalitetskontroll.


  • Samarbeide tett med salgsorganisasjonen, prosjektledere og tekniske eksperter gjennom hele tilbudsprosessen.


Vi ser gjerne at du har

  • Bakgrunn innen elektro, elkraft, distribusjon, automasjon eller teknisk salg, gjennom utdanning og/eller erfaring.


  • Erfaring fra tilbudsarbeid er en fordel.


  • Erfaring fra prosjektleveranser eller kommersielle roller er også svært relevant.


  • Evne til å forstå kundens behov og samtidig ivareta kommersielle mål.


  • Gode samarbeidsevner og sterke kommunikasjonsevner.


  • Flytende norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.


Stillingen passer for deg med bakgrunn innen elektro, elkraft, distribusjon, automasjon eller teknisk salg. Dersom du har teknikerbakgrunn og ønsker å ta steget inn i en mer kommersiell eller prosjektorientert rolle, er dette også en spennende mulighet. Erfaring med tilbudsarbeid er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Vi verdsetter også erfaring fra prosjektgjennomføring eller kommersielle roller.
