Our site is located in the Eco-Vallée near Nice in France. It is a multi-purpose site that houses the Industrial Automation R&D department and the industrial controller production plant, which also serves as an electronics competence center. This proximity between R&D and the factory allows the two units to collaborate on all new product projects as well as on the end-of-life management of older product lines. It also facilitates the development of rewarding career paths across both units.

Join our dynamic team as a Plant Repair Center Technician and be part of an exciting journey where your technical expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. We're looking for a skilled professional who's passionate about electrical equipment repair and maintenance to help drive our workshop's excellenc e.

What will you do:

  • Based on the repair activity portfolio:
    • Diagnose the type of failure and carry out tests in accordance with defined tolerances (electrical tests, etc.), selecting the most appropriate tools and methods and ensure product repair or compliance and/or to identify faulty component(s).
    • Document and record diagnostic and repair results in the dedicated technical databases.
    • Produce technical reports and ensure communication (LoB, Back Offices, and Front Offices) regarding results, root causes of failures, and technical exchanges.
    • Ensure follow-up of diagnostic cases when necessary.
    • Organize priorities based on the availability of shared test equipment, the complexity of operations to be performed, and the workload of the various technicians.
    • Adapt to technological developments in products.
    • Provide advice and share knowledge internally and externally.

    • Commissioning - advanced level; validating system performance and ensuring readiness for operation
    • Customer Orientation - advanced level; anticipating needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
    • Electronical Repair - advanced level; restoring functionality to damaged electronic boards
    • Problem-solving - advanced level; root cause analysis and implementation of effective technical solutions
    • English B2 and Ability to learn French
