Your IMPACT
- Provide technical support for EV chargers , Energy storage systems, and related solutions
- Assist front offices L2 support on topics relating to customers with product selection, configuration, and integration into their systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
- Collaborate with Engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and field insights
- Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams at SE Front Office
- Create training materials , including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Support key accounts and strategic projects across assigned countries
Your Profile
- Completed education in the field of electrical engineering principles, power electronics or energy systems
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure, energy storage, and grid integration is an advantage
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
- Fluency in English and another European language is an advantage
- Flexibility for Travelling in Europe (approx. 40% - 50%)
