Your IMPACT

• • Provide technical support for EV chargers , Energy storage systems, and related solutions
  • Assist front offices L2 support on topics relating to customers with product selection, configuration, and integration into their systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
  • Collaborate with Engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and field insights
  • Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams at SE Front Office
  • Create training materials , including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Support key accounts and strategic projects across assigned countries

Your Profile

• • Completed education in the field of electrical engineering principles, power electronics or energy systems
  • Experience with EV charging infrastructure, energy storage, and grid integration is an advantage
  • Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
  • Fluency in English and another European language is an advantage
  • Flexibility for Travelling in Europe (approx. 40% - 50%)
