For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $139,200 - $208,800 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within

Senior Program Manager, Data Platforms (Datamart Migration)

As a Senior Program Manager in Schneider Electric's Data Platform organization, you will lead the end‑to‑end Datamart Migration (IntelDS Next) program-owning strategy, planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and delivery to enable scalable, reliable data capabilities that support business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own program management and execution for the IntelDS Next Datamart Migration.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization with management, stakeholders, development leads, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the platform team and key stakeholders for scope and project activities.
  • Build budgets for functional areas; develop and maintain project plans (WBS) and required artifacts aligned to PM standards.
  • Manage progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality.
  • Plan, schedule, and track milestones; secure resources and staffing.
  • Monitor, resolve, and escalate tasks, issues, and risks; provide clear, timely communications to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Architecture to ensure environment readiness.
  • Assess business impact and contribute to ROI discussions; ensure compliance with standard processes and technologies.
  • Establish and enforce change control; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful program management experience; 7-10 years in Information Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of data platforms and data management; experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and scheduling skills.
  • Strong communication, writing, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of application development and full lifecycle activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors: straightforward, challenge, open, passionate, and execution‑focused.
  • PMI PMP certification (or active plan to obtain); Bachelor's degree.
