An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our world class delivery team, operating as part of the Northern Europe. The role is based in Sweden, where customers are primarily from Scandinavia in the Food and Beverage sector requiring automation solutions.

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex, medium to large-scale projects focused on automation, services, and sustainability. You will drive cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction and strong financial results as well as identify and pursue business growth opportunities, especially in digital and services. Our Project Managers ensure projects align with global and local governance standards for successful delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation projects, serving as the primary customer interface and building long-term strategic relationships.

• Oversee P&L with a focus on maximizing profitability and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering automation solutions that meet technical and business requirements, paving the way for future engagements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, testing, procurement, quality) to execute complex automation initiatives efficiently.

• Monitor project performance through KPIs and risk assessments, providing clear, proactive updates to stakeholders and leadership.

The desired skills and experience are:

• 4+ years managing medium to large-scale projects; project management certifications are a plus

• Proven success delivering automation or digital transformation solutions to external clients

• Technical degree (e.g., Engineering or related field)

• Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is an advantage
