PROJECT MANAGER - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (SALES & MARKETING)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Within the DCR Digital Sales & Marketing Experience team, we define the strategy around our digital Sales & Marketing environment (Sales and Marketing Stack). As the end-to-end owner of technology solutions in this scope, the ambition is to accelerate the digital transformation of Sales & Marketing activities, notably through the adoption of innovative technologies (automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics), to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
MISSION
The Digital Transformation Project Manager supports the Program Manager and is accountable for meeting timelines, scope, quality, value creation, and budget for strategic and innovative initiatives designed to digitally transform Sales & Marketing practices. This includes the large-scale deployment of new digital solutions (e.g., AI tools, sales automation systems, advanced data platforms) for Schneider Electric's sales and marketing teams across multiple target countries, with the objective of improving commercial performance and customer experience.
Working in close coordination with the Program Manager and global and local teams (CXCT business and Digital), the Project Manager leads these transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and acting as a trusted digital transformation partner for business teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global project management
Prepare and manage project deliverables and reporting for each initiative (country rollout plans, weekly progress reviews, project dashboards, etc.), ensuring completeness and quality in line with internal methodologies (e.g., DM1 gates, Open/Do phases, GoLive,...).
Execution tracking and risk management
Monitor project execution by systematically comparing actual progress against the plan, identifying potential risks (including data security and regulatory compliance risks), and proactively proposing corrective action plans to the Program Manager/Capability leaders/CXCT Team to ensure objectives are achieved.
Stakeholder communication and alignment
Manage communication and engagement with all stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Digital teams, Domain Teams, Countries, etc.), ensuring alignment across entities and clear visibility on project status, risks, and key milestones. Build and maintain strong relationships with global (Domain) and local (country) teams, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the smooth integration of digital solutions and new ways of working across Schneider Electric's Sales & Marketing organizations.
Data governance and compliance
Systematically embed data governance, privacy protection, and cybersecurity principles into every project to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards when deploying intelligent solutions (AI tools, data platforms, etc.).

Change management and adoption
Drive user adoption of new solutions by planning and executing change management activities (communication, enablement, training) to maximize adoption rates, operational efficiency, and business benefits (productivity improvement, customer satisfaction, revenue growth). Track usage and value-creation indicators (adoption rates, efficiency gains, user satisfaction, ROI of deployed tools) to measure transformation success and adjust actions accordingly.
Project coordination and governance
Coordinate and facilitate regular synchronization meetings (project committees, status reviews/reporting, governance forums) with all stakeholders (project teams, sponsors, country leads, etc.) to ensure timely information sharing, collaborative issue resolution, and decision-making aligned with the transformation strategy.
Priority and escalation management
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related escalations. Effectively manage competing priorities to rapidly resolve critical issues while maintaining transformation momentum and user engagement
SKILLS:
- Highly organized, structured, pragmatic, and able to synthesize information.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently by prioritizing and maintaining order within complex projects.
- Ability to integrate diverse sources of information, distilling key insights and presenting them in a clear, cohesive manner for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills, with adaptability, creativity, and emotional intelligence to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of advanced digital tools (CRM, marketing automation, data analytics), and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence, data science, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Significant experience in an international and matrixed environment, with the ability to navigate between business and digital/IT teams.
