Technical Project Management - Specialist Professional

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and manage complex PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) integration and onboarding projects which includes CAD data, Non CAD data, Business process and system implementations and their integration in Schneider PLM environment.

This role requires a strong background in project management, a solid understanding of CAD tools, and hands-on experience with PLM solutions such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering, IT, and business teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and scalable PLM integration solutions that enhance the organization's product development lifecycle.

What will you do:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of PLM software projects and related system integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage integration between PLM systems and CAD platforms (e.g., NX, Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Facilitate migration of legacy data and ensure accurate configuration of PLM environments.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Oversee system testing, validation, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support change management and ensure alignment with overall business processes and digital transformation goals.


What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
  • 15+ years of project management experience, with a focus on PLM system implementation and integration.
  • Solid understanding of CAD tools and how they integrate with PLM systems.
  • Experience with at least one major PLM platform (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA).
  • Strong knowledge of the software product lifecycle, from market research to launch and iteration.
  • Deep understanding of modern software technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and frameworks.
  • Proficient in Agile/SAFe methodologies, with experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with business processes across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Qualification:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or consumer products industry.
  • Exposure to ERP and MES systems integration.
  • Knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, or middleware for enterprise integration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern product architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs).
  • Understanding of data privacy, global compliance standards, and multi-region deployment considerations.
  • Strong background on Cyber Security compliances is mandatory
  • Knowledge on SaaS product development is an added advantage
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and international teams.
