Technical Project Leader

Schneider Electric is launching UNIFY, a global transformation project that over the next years will standardize tools and processes, implementing a single ERP based on SAP S/4HANA. We are looking for a Project Leader to support the Unify Business Deployment & Change Leadin implementing preparatory transformation activities, optimizing impacted processes, and guiding the organization through this significant change. The role requires Project Management, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement skills, with knowledge of Lean methodologies and the ability to work in complex, global environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives related to the UNIFY program.
  • Collaborate with the Unify Business Deployment & Change Lead to ensure alignment between strategy, processes, and implementation.
  • Analyze current processes and propose solutions for optimization and standardization ahead of SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Facilitate Change Management activities to guide business functions through transformation.
  • Coordinate workshops, process mapping, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to ensure initiative success.
  • Prepare presentations to manage all communications related to the program
Your Profile
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management within complex, multinational environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Change Management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to analyze processes and manage transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Desired Skills
  • Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in ERP implementations (preferably SAP).
  • Ability to work in teams and matrix organizations.
  • Strong results orientation and change management mindset.
