Decentralized renewable energy solutions will play a key role in providing reliable energy access to Off-Grid, Unreliable and Productive energy users (generation, energy storage, and controllable loads) to support their electricity needs and business objectives. Schneider Electric offers innovative product & solutions leveraging EcoStruxure Energy Access platform & technology.

Roles and responsibilities of Technical Project Lead:
1. Will Collaborate with business team, key partners, cybersecurity, and cloud-based software architects and come out with solution / product proposal after consolidation of all inputs and clear understanding.
2. Will lead to define the project objectives, create a plan for and executing the plan to achieve those objectives.
3. Will lead the design & development and testing of cutting-edge power electronics projects like Solar inverters, Solar home systems, solar charge controllers (MPPT), VFD and microgrid solutions.
4. Will manage embedded controls software development and coding, getting done hardware and software testing and debugging, also resolution of EMI issues.
5. Will manage release of all required factory documents and product industrialization.

Essential technical Skill Requirements

1. Hands on experience in design and development on 16/32 bit microcontrollers (ARM, ColdFire, PowerPC..), RTOS (VxWorks, ThreadX, Embos..) and usage of IDE, toolchain, debuggers. & Platform experience of ARM, DSP, PIC, PLC. 2. Experience on industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus Serial, CAN, Ethernet /IP, IEC61850). 3. Worked on programming and interfacing peripherals like timers, UART, CAN, ADC, DAC, IO, I2C, SPI, LCD, RTC sensors and actuators. Memory Interfacing Techniques. 4. Exposure to Wireless Protocols like Zigbee, Bluetooth, WIFI. 5. Embedded C, C++, Experience in Building Firmware Architecture and Architectural Views. 6. Should have a good understanding of power converters and inverter topologies and software control schemes. Experience in agency certification processes: EMC, UL, FCC 7. System Level understanding to manage requirements, Drive project team on design, Good understanding of UML.

8. Hands on Experience on Code Composer Studio Compiler and IAR Compiler
9. Should have excellent debugging skills, HW/FW integration and debug, Code verification & validation, Product/system test support & development
10. Documentation of PMP deliverables - Firmware code, Hex files, Flow chart Diagrams, Firmware Specifications, Time state diagram, DFMEA's and Test procedure/ test plan.
11. They should also possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and manage several projects in parallel and be productive in a small team where self-sufficiency is paramount.
12. Fundamental understanding of various control strategies and power conversion topologies.
13. Experience writing controls software for power devices like Solar inverters, Charge controllers, VFD drives.
14. Working experience and good knowledge about different storage systems (Battery technologies like Lead-Acid, LFP, & Li-NMC)
15. Nice to have: Exposure to embedded software development for switchgear and PLC products. Exposure to Switch Gear and Circuit breakers. Knowledge of Solar PV based systems is desirable 16. Nice to have: Exposure to Web technologies, HTML, JavaScript's and Webservers. Preferred Experience of Technical Project Lead:

1. Understanding product development process according to PMP or PEP process, He / She shall be able to manage multiple small projects 2. Experience in managing the scope, schedule, and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan. 3. Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources and budget. 4. Negotiate with functional stake holders and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff the project team. 5. Manage the timely resolution of issues, including escalation of issues outside of project team's scope 6. Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure corrective action plans up to closure 7. Report monthly on the key points, alert Control management necessary (in case of drift, blocking situation ...) 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio and other programs/scheduling tool including but not limited to Word and Excel 9. Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding. 10. Ability to handle complex matters concurrently with both synthetic and analytical skills. 11. Excellent listening & communication skills, ability to influence others 12. Good judgement, autonomously working style and ability to manage without authority 13.
