Technical Competency Center Leader
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $ 185,600 - $278,400 per year with commission.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Technical Competency Center (TCC) Leader will be responsible for the Central and West regions of the United States.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Technical/Commercial Service Sales Team
- Develop and Execute Technical Service Sales Strategy
- Drive Development and Delivery of technical training programs for Technical Service Sales team
- Act as trusted advisor, technical consultant and process expert to implement SE cross-domain segment solutions
- High degree of technical aptitude, to provide hands-on help to team
- Knowledge of broader SE community to problem solve customer issues
- Coach and mentor teams for day-to-day work as well as future career growth
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate internally and externally
- Drive continuous learning/upskilling for team
- Support Brand of TCC as best in class
- Drives standardization and utilization of resources
- Deep commitment to understanding customer segment specific challenges and creating/finding solutions
- Co-manage geography in alignment with Selling Center managers to deliver customer value
- Lead collaboration across customer, selling center, quotations and execution teams
