The T echnical Antenna is dedicated to c ompleting assignments that focus on i nvestigat ing issues and recommending corrective action(s) and the maintenance of engineering records for standard product offerings. Execute approved recommendations (i.e., create/revise records in Creo and/or PDM). Create/write Change Notices and submit for validation . The TAs will provide essential support to our manufacturing plants supporting the product range, in resolving ongoing issues and enhancing supplier resiliency .

This position will report to the Manager, Continuous Improvement , structured to the Engineered-To-Order (ETO) S implification T eam, d edicated to collaborating with the Offer, Sales, and Global Supply Chain (GSC) teams to optimize engineering and manufacturing processes. The team's goal is to align closely with customer demand to minimize product lead times .

Key responsibilities :

  • Coordinates , prioritize , and resolve the product support requests such as , MOTS (Middle Office Technical Support) , PDCRs (Product Design Change Request) , and review ACE tickets (Application Coded Equipment)
  • Support product lines and teams - Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to attain lead times and reduce errors
  • Performs standard record changes based on priorities and investigat ions related to standard design issues.
  • S upport CS&Q (Customer Satisfaction & Quality) Team with deviation s ( eDerogations ) requests , o bsolescence of designs, CoS ( Change of S uppliers ) , PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) , and FAIR ( First Article Inspection Report ) , 3F analysis (Fit, Form & Function) and Product Audits.
  • Maintains an up-to-date, thorough knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes/regulations and interprets and applies industry standards (UL, ANSI, NEC) to new designs .


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experienced in the design, applications, and/or installation of Low Voltage Motor Control Center products.
  • Proficient in Creo, PDM, Order Editor, ACE, and SAP.
  • Proficient in 3D tolerance analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
  • Accountable, initiative-taking , with s olid and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and management.
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse workplace with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience .

  • This role will be based in the Mty 4 plant supporting LV DO ETO manufacturing plant s .
  • Candidate will be r equire d to be on-site Monday thru Friday - 5 days a week .
