Technical and Engineering Manager

Drive innovation in IT service delivery! We're seeking a dynamic IT/Business Process Delivery Management Manager to lead technical teams and shape exceptional client solutions.

What will you do:

  • Lead and manage technical delivery teams across multiple projects, ensuring excellence in service quality and client satisfaction
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating technical risks
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships between outsourcing providers, clients, and vendors
  • Develop and execute competency plans for team members, focusing on technical excellence and professional growth
  • Monitor and optimize service delivery processes while conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement
