Voor ons Customer Care Center in België en Nederland zoeken we een Team Supervisor/Coach die mensen inspireert, klantinteracties versterkt en continu verbeteringen zichtbaar maakt. Deze rol is gebaseerd in ons kantoor in Ukkel, Brussel. In deze rol combineer je coaching, AI‑gestuurde inzichten en teamwork om onze klantbeleving naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Over de rol
Maak het verschil binnen het Customer Care Center voor België & Nederland. Jij versterkt zowel de klantinteracties als de teamperformantie met data, coaching en positieve energie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyseren: Klantgesprekken analyseren met AI en andere tooling.
- Verbeteren: Verbeterkansen identificeren om klantgerichtheid en positiviteit te verhogen.
- Coachen & trainen: Praktijkgerichte trainingen geven en coaching-on-the-job bieden.
- Monitoren: De productiviteit en voortgang van het team opvolgen en rapporteren.
- Motiveren: Een energieke, motiverende teamcultuur actief ondersteunen.
Jouw profiel
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een rol als teammanager of teamcoach van sales- of customer care teams.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een positieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Je hebt ervaring in het trainen en coachen van sales- of customer care teams.
- Ervaring met AI-ondersteunde gespreksanalyse is een pluspunt.
- Je blinkt uit in klantgerichte communicatie.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en analytisch sterk.
- Je weet een positieve, constructieve teamcultuur te bouwen en te bewaken.
