As a Talent Management Specialist, you support the execution of talent strategies by contributing to talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives for high - potential employees across 3 global functions (HR, Finance and Governance).

You focus on the data and insights side of talent management , tracking pipeline health, analysing readiness, and supporting calibration processes to inform decision - making.

You also provide project management support for key talent initiatives, ensuring coordination, tracking progress, and enabling effective delivery across stakeholders.

Through these contributions, you help enable targeted development actions and support the build of a strong, future - ready leadership pipeline aligned with business priorities.

What will you do?

Talent Processes Execution

  • Support the execution of talent management processes by preparing data and materials for talent reviews, assessments, succession planning, and development actions. Consolidate outcomes from talent discussions across GHR, GOV, and GFI to ensure consistency and visibility.

Succession Planning
  • Support succession planning activities for leadership populations by tracking pipelines in TalentLink and other systems, and providing insights on readiness and progression.

Talent Development & Career Support
  • Contribute to the rollout of development initiatives aligned with business and talent priorities (e.g., early career programs, HiPo and GTP management). Support employees and managers on career development topics and adoption of tools such as the Schneider Career Hub.

Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Produce and maintain talent dashboards and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Analyze internal and external trends to generate data-driven insights that inform talent decisions.

Project Management & Coordination
  • Provide project management support for key talent initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, progress tracking, and alignment across stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Managers, and business stakeholders to support talent discussions and processes, providing operational guidance and ensuring smooth execution across governance forums.

Academic background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Professional experience
  • Previous professional experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in another relevant HR role.
  • Experience working with HR data, reporting, dashboards, and HR systems.
  • Experience supporting projects or strategic initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an international or matrix organisation.
  • Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand and contribute to new topics and processes.

Preferred
  • Previous exposure to Talent Management processes, such as talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, or high-potential programmes.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret workforce data, ensure data quality and accuracy, and generate actionable insights
  • Project management capability , with experience supporting talent initiatives and ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are effectively tracked and delivered
  • Proficiency in HRIS and digital tools , with strong attention to data integrity and consistency
  • Storytelling and presentation skills , with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives using PowerPoint for senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of talent management frameworks , including talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development processes
  • Strong organisational skills , with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration , building productive relationships with HR teams, HRBPs, and managers
  • Business acumen and curiosity , with awareness of talent trends and their impact on the organization
  • Problem-solving and adaptability , able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Sound judgment and discretion , ensuring confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive talent information
