We are looking for a new TA Partner to join the Nordic & Baltics team at our Ballerup office (hybrid).

What will you be doing:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft innovative recruitment strategies that meet their talent needs.
- Source, screen, and evaluate top-tier candidates using diverse sourcing methods and cutting-edge techniques.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from planning to signing, delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay ahead of market trends and implement best practices to continuously elevate our talent acquisition processes.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to enhance recruitment practices, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Work with Early Careers and University relationship programs, working closely with HR and business leaders to implement game-changing strategies.
