Overview
This hybrid role combines Talent Acquisition (50%) and Employer Branding (50%) responsibilities. You will partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions while driving employer branding strategies that attract top talent and strengthen our market presence. Your work will ensure a seamless candidate experience and position Schneider Electric as an employer of choice.

What will you do?
Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans focusing on junior experience talents, fresh graduates and internship hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles.
- Execute high-volume early careers hiring and maintain strong relationships with universities and career centers.
- Represent Schneider Electric at career fairs and events to attract young talent.
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to support business decisions.
- Define and execute employer branding strategies for Malaysia (and regional alignment) in line with global priorities.
- Manage social media presence and employment sites to enhance talent attraction.
- Plan and organize branding events (virtual and in-person) and identify awards or channels to elevate brand perception.
- Build and strengthen relationships with universities, communities, and talent groups.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to position Schneider Electric effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align branding activities with business objectives.
Data Analytics and Insights:
- Applies strong business acumen in consultation with the business to provide market and talent insights
- Maintain and update candidate tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting while maintaining compliance to local and international regulations
- Analyse hiring metrics and provide recruitment insights and recommend strategies to support business direction for People-related topics
Others:
- Being involved in wider TA/ HR initiatives & projects when required to support the People agenda for the organization
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?
- Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in recruitment, including exposure to early careers hiring.
- Minimum 2 years in employer branding, event management, or public relations.
- Data-driven and analytical; able to use insights to shape strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; resilient, agile, and collaborative.
- Creative thinking and ability to produce impactful branding materials.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, ATS systems, and Microsoft applications.
- Bonus: Experience in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.
