We're looking for a Digital Energy Systems Sales Leader to take ownership of large-scale, integrated solutions sales across Australia-covering Digital Buildings, Digital Power, and Microgrid.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading major, complex deals from strategy through to closure
  • Driving growth across project-based opportunities
  • Building and coaching a high-performing national sales team
  • Developing strong pipelines in partnership with key segments
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across engineering, consulting, and end users
  • Championing integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services
  • Improving win rates through strong deal leadership

What you bring

  • Proven success in complex B2B solutions sales leadership
  • Experience closing large, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Background in energy, infrastructure, power systems, or buildings
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Passion for leadership and delivering results
