About the Role:
Are you passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact?
We are looking for a dynamic Sustainability Analyst to help design, implement, and scale transformative sustainability initiatives that improve lives, empower communities, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.
In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of programs spanning youth
education and empowerment, entrepreneurship development, philanthropy, access to energy, community development projects, and sustainability partnerships. You will collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, government entities, educational institutions, social enterprises, and community organizations to deliver meaningful impact while supporting the company's sustainability ambitions.

Key Responsbilities:
- Conduct market research, ideation, planning, relationships development with
partner organizations to implement and coordinate a range of activities and
initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and
local communities addressing the company's corporate sustainability strategy.
• Coordination of corporate sustainability and social impact programs' projects
cross the complete projects lifecycle including planning, implementation, and
monitoring while adapting work as required.
• Support in engagement and relationship management of Programs'
stakeholders.
• Carrying out comprehensive programs' needs assessments & site visits or
inspections as required including technical, economic, social and environmental aspects.
• Reporting, documentation & impact assessments development using
appropriate tools and techniques leveraging data analysis & visualization skills.
• Support in technical solutions development & implementation utilizing
company's portfolio & ecosystem including products, services, software and
resources to benefit local communities.
• Securing growth opportunities and developing new sustainability partnerships
while coordinating across all relevant internal & external stakeholders.
• Coordinate employee volunteering, internal awareness and engagement

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Years of Experience: 0-2 Years
- Fluent English language skills (verbal & written)
