Suppliers Tools Supervisor

What will you do?
STS ( Tooling Engineer) is responsible for managing portfolio of injection moulds park: collect and keep up to date tools data, coordination of renewal projects, maintenance activity and tools capacity assurance.
Tool maintenance management
- Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including Business Case preparation
- Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations
- Carries out tool audits and propose actions adequate to tools condition
- Supports tool transfers
- Manages tools inventory & tools data collection
- Manages tools maintenance budget & investments roadmap with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Organizes regular meetings with major suppliers to review tools condition, maintenance requests and productivity initiatives.
Material productivity
- Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis
- Proposes & industrializes QVE, innovative ideas.
User of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Key points
- Makes a link between Plant and Suppliers
- Develops and maintain good relationships with Suppliers
- He/She is technically supported by part experts if needed
- He/She is functionally supported by GSC Europe tools CMMS Master Key User.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Technical Experience in tool activity:
- Able to understand and explore moulds technical documentation
- Able to propose technical solution for moulds maintenance and improvements
- Able to analyse and challenge quotation for mould repair
- Understand processing parameters impact on components quality and mould functioning
- Knows equipment and technical environment in Injection Moulding Shoop
- Knows equipment and technical environment in Tool Shop
- Knowledge and experience in thermoset components, tools and process are advantage.
Solid knowledge about: t ool Industrialization, tool maintenance, parts production, moulding activities, process optimisation
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking, detail oriented and well-organized, ability to work; in a matrix organization
Ability to travel throughout the Europe.
