Cuál es tu misión?

Tu misión principal consiste en ayudar a definir la estrategia del departamento de consultoría a corto, medio y largo plazo. Para ello, actuará como nexo entre el equipo de consultoría, las comunidades externas y el equipo de tecnología de Schneider, con el objetivo de aportar datos, ideas innovadoras y análisis que permitan a la organización anticiparse a las necesidades futuras de los clientes y garantizar un crecimiento sostenible tanto del departamento como de la empresa.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Análisis estratégico : Identificar y evaluar tendencias del sector industrial, tecnologías emergentes y cambios regulatorios que impacten en el negocio.
• Conexión con ecosistemas : Asistir a eventos, foros y comunidades externas para captar insights y oportunidades.
• Colaboración interna : Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de tecnológica y consultoría para traducir insights en planes de acción.

Debe estar presente en los equipos de segmento y conocer bien las necesidades de cada uno de ellos. También deberá estar presente en reuniones con clientes para verificar si nuestras propuestas de valor se alinean con las necesidades del sector, o si por lo contrario nuestra oferta tiene que evolucionar para adaptarse mejor.

• Definición de roadmap : Contribuir a la elaboración de estrategias de largo plazo que aseguren adaptación y crecimiento.
• Inteligencia competitiva : Monitorizar movimientos de competidores y benchmarking de mejores prácticas, estrategia de precios, etc. El análisis de la competencia será crucial para ayudar al equipo a definir la estrategia.
• Reporting estratégico : Elaborar informes trimestrales y presentaciones con el resumen de todos los aprendizajes y recomendaciones basadas en datos. Para que los informes sean fiables, deberá contrastar sus ideas con los equipos de venta o directamente con los clientes.

Perfil requerido:

• Formación : Grado en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas o similar. Máster en Estrategia, Innovación o MBA valorable (Necesario si procede de un grado en ingeniería).
• Experiencia : 3-5 años en consultoría estratégica, análisis de mercado o desarrollo de negocio en entornos industriales o tecnológicos.
