Location and General Conditions:
- Paid internship, flexible hours, minimum 25-30 hours/week, contract of mandate
- Minimum 6 months duration of the internship
- Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street)
- Hybrid model (twice in a week in the office)
Your IMPACT
As an Accounting Intern, you will support month-end closing activities and cooperate with international stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical accounting experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare reports and analyses related to accounting operations
- Post accounting documents and perform data validation tasks
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and internal teams
- Support ongoing accounting and finance processes
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects
Your Profile
- Student status (preferred fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related studies)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
Languages
- English - fluent, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Polish - fluent
Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa/passport/confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student.
