(Stagiaire) Talent Management & Learning Intern

Location: Casablanca (with flexibility to work from home)
Duration: 6 months - Starting January 2026

Overview :
Join our Middle East & Africa Talent Management & Learning team to support the execution of talent development and learning initiatives. This role is ideal for motivated final-year students who are fluent in English, and eager to gain hands-on HR development experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support deployment of online learning offers
• Help organize virtual or in-person learning events
• Assist in designing, planning and executing talent development Programs.
• Prepare and update tracking sheets and presentations for talent programs and learning projects
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programs deployment
• Reporting on programs progress and participation
• Provide support for talent assessments and surveys.

Profile Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French.
• Student in HR/Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
