Sr.Manager-Methods
Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools.
Manage all Product & Process SPS techniques (Plant Layout, LADM (Line Architect Design methodology), Ergonomics, etc...).
Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools.
Determining the time required to manufacture a product through the utilization of an appropriate method.
Prescribing the necessary detailed process steps using appropriate gestures (ergonomics).
Contributing to the entire time management process including product costing, performance animation & performance calculation.
Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers
Manage the capacities adaptation with the dedicated tools (iQ simulation when applicable, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge ..) internal or external lines,
Realize the Occupational Risk Assessment with EHG5 and IAB5
Optimise Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.
Write operator work instructions for training
Contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible)
Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
Qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location.
Pilots new productions ramp-up
He has a complementary expertise with IIT3.
Will act as Plant Tooling Supervisor when the workload of ITT3 in the plant does not justify a Full Time Equivalent. See ITT3 job description for detailed mission.
Participates actively to PFMEA, MFMEA and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality
Data ownership :
‒Manage in the ERP the updating of material, BOMs & routings when modifications are required by Engineering
‒Manage in ad-hoc system the updating of the organizational structure of the shop floor (production line, work centers, storage locations, ...) when modifications are required
Is a key actor in the digital transformation of the plant by being the Key User of one or more manufacturing digital tools (MES, IIoT, AGV, AR, Cobot, etc)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, business management, supply chain management, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Industrial Methods capacity
- MTM (Methods Time Measurement) Knowledge preferred
- Strong change agent, proven leadership with strong innovation skills
- Experience with controls, robotics, PLCs and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong people skills and the desire to grow teamwork and engagement.
- Experience in a lean manufacturing / continuous improvement environment.
- Must possess excellent analytical/problem solving abilities and good communication skills both written and oral.
