Sr.Manager - Building Advisor
This ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the deployment and continuously developing and improving thequality of Buildings Advisor globally. The profile is designated as the global quality gate keeper of the analyticsplatform and is a key pillar between the bureau team, countries and CWA. All BA site deployments will passthrough this QA manager to ensure mapping and configuration guidelines are met. The candidate is responsible tomeet country BA deployment objectives and ensure bureau outputs are optimum to demonstrate value to theircustomers and thereby delivering results. This role covers all bureau functions related to BA, including deployment,service, alarm handling and customer support function globally. The profile will be responsible for delivery andmaintaining quality of US, UK, AU and the Nordics countries.
Experience:
5+ Years Leadership and Management Experience, ideally managing QA delivery and working with differentcultural backgrounds
BMS Global QA lead - Remote Support

Minimum 2 years of full time Building advisor deployment is mandatory.
Experience working in a global environment
Experience working in a remote customer delivery model
Experience implementing process improvement and change management programs
Skills and Abilities
Excellent knowledge of building management systems and energy usage, HVAC and
control systems
.
Hands on experience with BMS system. exposure to EcoStruxure™ Building Operation is mandatory
Understanding of BacNet, LON and other similar protocols.
Commissioning and testing experience on site is an added advantage.
Sound technical knowledge and capability around networking systems and computer systems
Flexible work hours to support a global team and global customers
Excellent leadership skills
Proven process improvement implementation success
Demonstrated success in Project Management
Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience using change management methodology
Understanding of business improvement processes
Strong business acumen
Ability to coach, counsel and mentor others
Ability to think creatively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical employees
Any B.Tech or B.E.
