Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Summary of position:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving software product marketing initiatives for EcoStruxure Foresight within Digital Energy. This position requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of software / SaaS go-to-market strategies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics and campaign strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, including demand generation and customer-focused campaigns aligned with business goals.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the launch, working closely with the product league to deliver impactful product marketing. From shaping value propositions to leading creative execution and thought leadership, you will collaborate across functions to bring innovative solutions to market.

Responsibilities:
Drive Upstream marketing strategies with the Product Owner/Offer-Manager
- Define Market/ Customer research, Industry Trend, Competitive Landscape, Product-Market fit, Customer Segmentation, Need-Gap analysis
- Collaborate closely with product management to align on features, specifications, and roadmaps
- Partner with engineering and design teams to gather customer feedback and ensure product features meet market demands
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and unique value propositions for offerings
- Create launch plans and promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for software and SaaS products
Drive Downstream marketing strategy and execution with cross functional teams- country sales, country marcom, global commercial teams, internal comms and media and campaign teams.
- Oversee product launch execution, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional internal teams (offer management, commercial, and country)
- Plan and help campaign teams in driving integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and offline channels to drive awareness, demand, engagement and recurring revenue
- Contribute with product insights to lead generation and conversion programs - nurture workflows, conversion metrics.
- Manage communication and promotion strategy on frequent product updates, versioning, and engagement via new features
- Focus on communication strategy and campaigns for subscription and SaaS marketing models, adoption and user retention, upsell, cross-sell and recurring revenue campaign strategy.
- Work closely with customer success teams to reduce churn and increase lifetime value
- Work with sales teams to provide training, sales enablement, playbooks and resources to drive adoption and pipeline acceleration.
- Monitor product and marketing performance and customer feedback post-launch to guide future improvements
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, highlighting API capabilities, third-party integrations, and platform compatibility.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $139,200 - $208,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, XX days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles.
- Understanding of SaaS and software competitive landscape and identify how best to differentiate our products in this growing space
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and positioning.
- Should be able to learn and understand basics of software architecture, features and integrations to be able to create in-depth content and validate it
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills-both written and verbal
- Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and design teams.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
