Mission
Lead the PMO implementation for Enterprise on Schneider Digital's Portfolio Platform (EOLE -Sciforma) and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Manage complex, multi-domain technical program. Drive governance and adoption, act as the Enterprise IT single point of contact for EOLE deployment ensuring end‑to‑end portfolio and resource management processes are aligned with Finance and global standards. Coordinate change management, meeting cadence, and coaching that enable faster, better investment decisions and portfolio outcomes.
Scope & Reporting
- Scope is Global Enterprise IT. PMO leadership for EOLE deployment & run, and ServiceNow SPM demand-to-value processes across Digital and partnering functions.
- Partners with Enterprise Architecture, Domain/Platform Owners, Finance, Data Office, Security, Transformation Office, and Regional teams.
- Review solution designs and validate alignment with business processes and compliance requirements Works hand in hand with the Finance BDL to align finance & portfolio processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team to identify risks, roadblocks, and mitigation actions. Coordinate business team involvement across deployment phases
- Work with stakeholders to design/continuously improve demand, intake, prioritization, and investment governance workflows in ServiceNow SPM. Align with capability roadmaps and Architecture checkpoints.
- Provide executive reporting as single-source dashboards for progress, blockers, decisions needed, benefits and runway (burn-ups, capacity, ROI/TCO signals).
- Drive communications, change management with role-based training, playbooks, and success measures; raise adoption and reduce manual reporting.
- Drive Value Enablement by linking portfolio decisions to simplification, tech-debt reduction, and business outcomes; coach teams to focus on measurable value.
- Unified PMO cadence and playbook for EOLE + SPM across regions.
- Working SPM intake-to-prioritization flow with transparent funding/decision boards and scorecards.
- Executive dashboard bundle (portfolio health, value, capacity, tech-debt progress) sourced from SPM/EOLE.
- Adoption plan with role curricula (PMO, PM, RM, Capability Owners) and measurable uptake targets.
- Data-quality framework (DQ rules, ownership, scorecards) for portfolio and resource data.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in PMO/portfolio leadership for complex, technical programs; strong cross-functional orchestration.
- Hands-on experience implementing/operating ServiceNow SPM (or equivalent portfolio tooling) and integrating with finance and Enterprise Architecture platforms.
- Exposure to EOLE - Sciforma (or equivalent portfolio/cost mgmt)
- Exposure LeanIX or EA repositories tools.
- Fluent in value management (benefits, TCO, capacity), risk/issue management, dependency mapping, and executive storytelling.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management; proven ability to lead without authority across geographies.
- Lead by influence: create clarity, enable decisions, and unblock teams without line control.
- Coach-first mindset: grow PM/PMO capabilities, raise data literacy, and institutionalize good habits.
- Bias to simplify: reduce noise, standardize ways of working, and replace manual reporting with automated insights.
- Inclusive & global: adapt cadences and communications across Bangalore, Barcelona, and Boston time zones.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe/Lean Portfolio Mgmt, ITIL) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with EA governance (e.g., ARC/CAB), privacy/security reviews, and finance partnering.
This role reports within Schneider Digital's Enterprise Architecture & Portfolio organization and collaborates extensively with business, platform, and regional leaders.
