Sr. Manager - Services Sales Excellence

Working in a team environment, the Sales Excellence is responsible for building strong business foundation by managing the system hygiene through Sales personnel deploying commercial guidelines for Greater India, in accordance with country & Global Services Commercial. Services Sales Excellence will collaborate various functions within services on multiple activity and support business to grow as per country ambition.

Essential responsibilities:

bFO Management

  • Maintaining BFO KPI's for Services, Greater India
  • Work / collaborate with Sales to ensure data quality for all business KPIs.
  • Create / maintain business dashboards extremely critical for business
  • Develop & Create business reports and socialize among stakeholders and ensure performance that helps to grow business.
  • BFS UAT testing and implementations
  • CPQ UAT testing and implementations
  • Conducting training to SS, SR & other stakeholders time to time
  • Analyze business performance based on data and recommend actions to maintain business growth

Platforming & Coverage
  • Platforming & Coverage activity for Services - Plan, collaborate with GS & country Services team and execute efficient coverage activity
  • Understand the clear role of each Sales engine and deploy right coverage guideline to respective sales pipes like OSSR, VSSR, Channel, ESSR etc.

Annual SIP / STIP work
  • Work with country Services Sales Leaders & BUVP to define the SIP plan
  • Support Sales Leaders to complete their SIP process coordinating with central team

Drive Business needs
  • Ensure a sensitized team to maintain all business quality in terms of Data / bFO.
  • Escalate timely for any action required
  • Manage access of tools like bFO, bFS, CPQ etc.
  • Monitor Pipeline creation by each Lead Gen Engine and Sales Pipe wise and take necessary action with team.
  • Supervise Quality of Lead generated and hygiene of lead
  • Ensure the Customer Facing Time (CFT)
  • Monitor & Execute the coverage activity - throughout the year.

    Education & Skills:

    • Any college Graduate / Engineering School (MBA preferred)
    • Minimum 3-5 year work experience in sales / operation / marketing
    • Good Communication skills
