Job Title Industrial/ Manufacturing Senior Engineering & Cybersecurity Site Leader Job description Senior Expert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes in an entity. (SPS : process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc...). Accountable for the OT Cybersecurity in the manufacturing plant. Manage all activities to improve cyber resilience in the plant: protect the OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of the site. The scope of action includes the local OT infrastructures, applications and the shopfloor population. Can have hierarchical / non-hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management & budgetary accountability. Strongly contributing to / leading continuous improvement actions Cybersecurity Practices Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and apply security practices as per corporate rules, policies and procedures and in line with customer and market requirements. • Applies security risk management as per the procedures in place • Is able to get support from the right experts according to risk identified • Takes the necessary actions to mitigate the risks • Escalates the topic if required IT Security & Risk Management Ability to assess current risk levels and design and/ or apply security instructions to protect IT systems in order to ensure data confidentiality, integrity and availability. Produces common risk assessment reports- Conducts necessary security practices for area of expertise- Understands risk assessment models/analysis and applies appropriate techniques for area of expertise- Conducts security, training, and awareness programs- Understands and executes business continuity options Manufacturing Management Identifies, designs and leads implemention IT systems and process improvements in alignment with the SPS principles Analyzes and defines Monthly to Daily manufacturing plan based ressources allocation (PV and NPV Support Function), customer workload and due dates. Defines and leads competency plan ((Flexibility,Versatility, Core competencies) Coaches, trains team and peers on manufacturing management Leads cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues Manufacturing Supply Chain & Planning Ability to identify, understand and optimize E2E flows (from order to customers or from Supplier to customer) through system settings and capacity management to meet customer demand in accordance with SPS principles. Able to explain the concepts of value stream map and to analyze during events Able to explain the impact of variation in customer demand and the linkage to finished goods inventory and customer service level. Understands E2E order processing and contributes to Plant order processing continuous improvement (Product and ETO) Understands demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts, Knowledge of late differentiation, Queue simulation, lead time optimization , Analyzes and adjusts capacity related to all MPP scales (Monthly, Weekly and daily) Able to explain materials scheduling, Healthy production start (ETO) Contributes to big order management process (planning and scheduling) Manufacturing Operational Performance Ability to drive decision making through manufacturing task execution, Performance KPI's monitoring in order to meet expected levels of Safety, Quality, Service level and Efficiency. Coach on standard operating routines improvements based on Red Green analysis and utilizing Lean tools Coordinates and implements systems and tools across an entire value stream Adapts training materials and deliver trainings related to Lean Methodology and associated tools Able to identify process constraints, prioritize and implement action plan Select, propose KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)/Process Metrics to assess process capabilities and trigger corrective action Able to select apropriate problem solving tool/methodology (Kaizen, 6Sigma, ...)
