Sr. Manager - Industrialization (Plastics)

What will you do:

• Lead the specification, implementation, and qualification of plastic components and associated tooling, ensuring compliance with SPS principles
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and tooling systems while ensuring optimal product manufacturability
• Provide technical expertise within local industrialization and manufacturing engineering teams
• Select, validate, and standardize new technologies and processes in plastic components domain
• Guide product design engineering teams on technical specifications to optimize equipment utilization
