Sr. Manager - DCS Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Energy Automation in Engineering (CRP+DCS) to drive technical excellence and strategic execution across complex digital system projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SCADA, cybersecurity, and substation automation, along with strong leadership and business acumen to support departmental growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering activities for SCADA software, DBMS, Power & Grid systems, mobility solutions, cybersecurity, and Substation Automation System.
  • Lead the execution of large-scale and complex technical solutions, ensuring smooth delivery and technical closure.
  • Should have hardware handling experience of electronic boards such as in Bay Control Unit, Protection IEDs, RTU & PLC based products.
  • Collaborate with Tendering teams to support in complex tenders or on new technologies.
  • Design optimal engineering setups for tenders and project execution, balancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Person should have sound knowledge on configuration & commissioning of Energy Automation, Data Centres - EPMS, iFLS + GMS Solution etc.
  • Candidate should have proficiency in communication protocols i.e IEC61850, IEC 104, Modbus, IEC 101, network design, configuration, troubleshooting of issues.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies and solutions released by Line of Business and R&D teams.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for change and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in Digital Power Systems. Added Advantage if candidate having knowledge on SE Products like C264, M580, EPO, EPAS etc.
