Job Title:Sr GM -New Energy Landscape
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Inverter Business Leader for our new business initiative. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, overseeing product development, product portfolio management, driving sales and market share growth, managing a team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and ensuring financial performance. The candidate will lead channel management and establish customer support processes for pre- & post-sales.

This role demands a strong blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and leadership acumen to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.
1. Strategic Planning & Market Growth:

Formulate and implement long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Drive expansion into new markets and segments through innovative business models and partnerships.

Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met.

2. Product Innovation & Development:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands.

Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to develop differentiated and high-impact products.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across product lines.

Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to guide enhancements and future development.
3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across strategy, product, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and a shared vision across departments.

Implement best practices in team management, performance evaluation, and talent development.
4. Sales, Channel & Marketing Management:

Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Manage channel partnerships and distribution networks to optimize reach and efficiency.

Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, and campaign execution to enhance market presence.

Analyze sales data and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
5. Customer Relationship & Experience Management:

Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Implement customer-centric initiatives to improve engagement and retention.

Resolve escalated issues and ensure consistent service quality across touchpoints.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Product Performance:

Ensure all products and operations comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold ethical practices.

Monitor product performance metrics and quality benchmarks to maintain excellence.

Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Total experience of 15- 20 years in the related industry and minimum 8 years in the inverter industry.

Strong leadership, technical expertise, and financial acumen.

Knowledge of inverter technologies and systems.
