the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a

What You'll Work On

• Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ firmware for UPS systems and power electronics
• Support full product lifecycle from concept to release down to end of life
• Contribute across the entire lifecycle: architecture implementation validation release
• Collaborate with teams working on microprocessors, FPGA/SoC, digital control loops, and communication protocols
• Improve system performance, reliability, and code quality through best practices and automation
• Participate in new product innovation and continuous improvement of recently released platforms

Tech You'll Use

• C/C++ (embedded)
• Digital control systems
• Communication protocols, signal processing, and embedded toolchains

• Nice to have: embedded Linux, GIT, Python, VHDL, FPGA development, embedded OT cyber security (e.g. CRA, IEC62443, NIS2, etc.)If you like debugging at the register level, optimizing embedded code paths, or working on tightly‑coupled hardware-software systems, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience
• Solid understanding of digital control and real‑time systems
• Experience in power electronics or power conversion is a plus
• Strong communicator who enjoys cross‑functional engineering teamwork with the ability to work effectively against deadlines
• Bachelor's in CS, EE, or related field (Master's a plus)
